How are your orders shipped?
We ship via USPS.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed shipped within 5-7 business days. Delays due to conventions, illness, or travel will be announced on the shop blog.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typical shipping estimates are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 3-4 weeks for international. Please note, these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary.
Will you ship my order by (date)?
Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to guarantee products will be shipped by a certain date.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes, upon request only. Please e-mail me with any questions regarding that.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final, and I do not accept returns or exchanges- UNLESS the item is incorrect or damaged.
What if my package arrives and the item(s) are incorrect or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact me ASAP and we will work on a solution - in which cases buyer may be eligible for a complete refund or exchange for correct or undamaged item.
My order never arrived, what should I do?
If you order never arrived, please send me a message with your order number.
What if the post office loses my package?
Unfortunately, once the order is accepted by the post office, I can no longer take responsibility for what happens to it. I cannot be held responsible for errors on the part of USPS. If such a thing should happen, you will have to directly contact them regarding the issue.
The address I put on the order is incorrect, help!
Please contact me ASAP so I can correct it before it ships. I cannot accept responsibility for delivery errors based on incorrect information. If your order is returned to me by USPS I will contact you and resend it.
Are your products exposed to any allergens?
Products are stored in a smoke-free, furry-pet-free home, but not scent free. I try to avoid any overexposure to scents, however they are used in occasion in the same room as my inventory.
